Terms of Service

Effective June 23, 2026

These terms govern your use of Boop, operated by Boop Go, Inc. By using Boop, you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to break the law. Upload only photos you own or have the right to use.

Your content and the license you grant

You keep ownership of the photos and other content you upload (“your content”). To run and improve Boop, you grant Boop Go, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from your content and the results generated from it (such as cards, stickers, and designs), in order to: provide and improve the app and our services; develop, train, and improve our AI models; and create, offer, and sell products and merchandise featuring your pet, including through the service providers who help us do these things. Deleting your account ends this license going forward, except for content you have shared publicly, copies we must keep to comply with law, and content already used to train our models, which may remain reflected in those models. We do not sell your personal data; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Content standards

Boop has zero tolerance for objectionable content. Do not upload anything that is sexual or pornographic, depicts nudity, is violent or graphic, is hateful or harassing, or that exploits or endangers minors, or anything otherwise unlawful. We remove violating content and may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Reporting

See something that breaks these rules? Report it to privacy@theboop.app or at theboop.app/report. We review reports, typically within 24 hours, and remove anything that violates these terms.

AI-generated cards

Boop cards are created by AI from the photo you provide. Every card is one of a kind, and AI results vary, so we cannot guarantee that a card will match any specific look, likeness, or expectation. The card the AI generates is the card you receive. Where a redraw is offered it is a courtesy rather than a promise of a particular result, and a card’s finish is set when the card is created. Because each pull delivers a real generated card, once a pull has been used the purchase is final and non-refundable for subjective dissatisfaction, except where required by law. We may still choose to issue a refund or credit as a courtesy, at our discretion.

BoopBucks & randomized pulls

BoopBucks are a limited license to in-app features. They have no monetary value, are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or anything of real-world value, and are non-refundable once used except where required by law. Card pulls are randomized; the odds of each finish are disclosed in the app before purchase.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are billed through Apple and managed in your Apple account settings. Subscriptions renew until canceled.

Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Boop Go, Inc. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
